There may be a lot of details that go into these big movements, but with the right approach you can put the pieces together and cruise through your next PR.

In this 3 part series, I’ll be breaking down exactly what is necessary to build a robust and impeccable looking overhead squat and snatch position.


Part 1: Thoracic spine mobility…the key to unlocking a perfect overhead position


In this workshop you will learn:

  • Why the thoracic spine is priority number one when it comes to overhead position and overall shoulder health

  • How to differentiate between a t’spine and lat mobility issue and whether you need more mobility or more strength to control what you already have

  • Powerful exercises and drills, suitable for any level, to open the t’spine and shoulders and then integrate that new mobility into the squat pattern
