These movements DEMAND world-class mobility and a high degree of proficiency in order to perform well and safely, so it’s time we unpack exactly what is needed to make these highly technical movements an easily accessible part of our movement repertoire.

Focus for part 2: Hip & ankle mobility…the key to optimized spine position and balanced power out of the pocket.
